Founded in 1978, Cardiovascular Consultants (CVC) is dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive, cost-effective cardiology care and service to adults in South King County and North Pierce County and strives to improve their cardiac health and overall wellness.

Cardiovascular Consultants is proud to provide high quality service to our other "customers", which includes our referring physicians and other referral sources, our hospitals, and our employees.

Highlights of Cardiovascular Consultants' practice:

  • Dr. James Wagner joined the corporation in 1982 and only recently retired. He still consults as needed.
  • A cardiac catheterization laboratory was added to Auburn Hospital in 1983 and the group remained in the forefront of providing emergent cardiac care in South King County. 
  • St. Francis Community Hospital was opened in the Federal Way area in 1987. 
  • Dr. Robert Middleton joined the group in 1988. 
  • Dr. Venkatesh Kandallu joined the group in late 1997 as the first non-interventional cardiologist and brought added experience in echocardiography and nuclear medicine.
  • Dr. Godlewski and Dr. Suero joined the group in the summer of 2003.
  • Doctors Zhou and Wuthrich joined CVC in the summer of 2004.
